We have had a blast this Christmas! We had a party in Salt Lake City on the 20 of December with all of Dustin's family-it was so much fun! Rand got to go sledding and feed horses and deer while all the grown-ups went to a play! After the play we all had a great time eating delicious food and visiting! Everyone exchanged gifts and Rand got a ton of fun toys! He got cars, Lucky Ducks, tools (real metal ones!) and Thomas the Train movies!!
Christmas Eve we had a fun time starting new traditions and enjoying the old! Rand helped mommy make cookies to leave for Santa and cut apples to feed the reindeer! After all the cookies were done we loaded up and went and visited David and Tonya and the kids. We enjoyed pizza and funny cartoons before going to visit the graves of family that have passed one and surrounded their headstones with candles and sang Christmas Carols! Then we had delicous hot chocolate before heading home and tucking Rand into bed so Santa can bring his presents!!
Mom and Dad woke long before Rand so we made breakfast and waited for the pitter patter of curious feet! Rand was so excited to see that Santa brought him Trains!! Tons and Tons of Trains! He got a huge set of GeoTrax and Lincoln Logs! He was having so much fun playing that he didn't want to open more prestents or even see what was in his giant stocking!
Later in the day we went and visited Gramma and opened more presents!! Aunt Gina gave Rand a wooden tool set and Gramma gave Rand a ton of Thomas the Train tracks, trains and buildings for the trains! She even gave him a huge carrying case for all the trains!
We had a great Christmas and want to thank everyone and tell them all we love them!!
Merry Christmas!! (better late then never!)
