More dogs?!!

I think that we just might be insane! Last night dog number four came home! That is right four dogs! It was a normal day yesterday and in the afternoon Dustin called and said that one of the guys from work had a full blooded AKC registered male chocolate lab named Mojo that they couldn't keep anymore! Well seeing how our female Zoe is also a full blooded chocolate lab, and we should be getting her registered soon as well, we just can not pass up the possibility of breeding these two gorgeous dogs!! So if any one has any advice on dog breeding it is very welcome!!!!

The dogs all seem to get along well and Mojo actually seems like a calming influence for the wild pack! Here are some fun videos of my house full of puppies and an awesome one of Rand and Daddy having a towel fight! those two make for some good entertainment!!

Here are a few fun pics of Dustin and the dogs!!

Memories!

I saw this on Tonya's blog and thought it was really fun-so I have to do it too!

1.Leave a comment on my blog about a memory we might have had together.

Big or small, funny or sad, whatever just any memory.

2. Then re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory.

I did a search of quotes about memories and here are my favorites!!

Memory is a crazy woman that hoards colored rags and throws away food. ~Austin O'Malley

Memory is a child walking along a seashore. You never can tell what small pebble it will pick up and store away among its treasured things. ~Pierce Harris, Atlanta Journal

2 Parties! 2 Fun!!

My son is officially two! I still can not believe it! This year we decided to have two parties-one here at my house and the other in Salt Lake City. It worked out perfectly because all of the family here around Logan were able to come celebrate with us during the week and we were already planning a trip to SLC to see a play at the Desert Star theatre, so instead of everyone from SLC driving here we just had a party there at Aunt Michelle's house! Everything just worked out perfectly!! Rand had a blast and loved all of his many, many presents!! Thanks Everybody!!

WE LOVE YOU RAND!!!

I have just spent the last hour or so arranging the slide show of my boy! I decided that a good birthday tribute would be a slide show of some of my favorite pics and moments!
The last two years have been the best of my life. Being a mother has really given me the meaning and fulfillment my soul has been longing for! I really can not believe that he is now two-
Rand I love you so much, more than could ever be explained! You are the most hilarious, kind hearted child in the world.
Some silly things that you currently do:
You like to dance with/about your food, specifically a potato dance, noodle dance, Popsicles, ice cream, the list is endless.
You love to clean and sing the "Clean Up" song. You clean up our plates even before we are done and you love to wash walls whenever you manage to get a hold of a paper towel!!
Your nickname you got from your mom. I love to play Peeka Boo with you and for some unknown reason I started calling you Peeka and it has stuck to this day!!
You love animals and being tickled!!
Your favorite color is blue, or green.
Your favorite things are trains, cars and the Big Trucks!!
Thank you Rand for being such an amazing part of our lives! We can not wait for what you have in store for us!! Every day you bring a smile and a laugh to us!!
Love always and ever, ever, ever, MOM and DAD!!

Trauma!!

I am so freaking out!! We put a doggy door in our back door and our cat-the only cat I have liked in years just came in from a day outside with the skin on his back leg all peeled back!! Dustin just took off to an emergency visit with the vet!! I hope he is okay-I am trying so hard not to bawl right now!!
Okay, time to stop freaking-he will be okay! Dustin just came home and Mischief is all stiched back together-only an hour and a half of stitching! He has to stay over night at the vets and then tomorrow he can come home-which will be quite interesting with the birthday party and the new puppies!! I looks like there will be a cat in my room, contstantly for awhile!!

Puppy for Kitties!

On Tuesday night we found a little surprise- 2 Kittens!! They were cute little things so we took them in cleaned them up and feed them. That night we talked and decided that we were not ready for two tiny kittens, neither of us are really cat people we like the one we have but definitely didn't want more. So we called the animal shelters and nobody had room for the baby kitties.

We didn't know what we were going to do with them until Dustin's friend John called to see if we wanted a "puppy". We jokingly said only if you take our two kittens. They said yes!! So they brought over the nine month old puppy we have decided to call Leo!

And to really round out the bunch we will be getting a female pure bred chocolate lab named Zoe tomorrow!! Holy Puppy central at the Lema house!!

FireWorks Cruise In and More!

Our weekend was fun and crazy! Friday we helped Sue finish moving the rest of the stuff from the outside, and cleaning of the inside. Our friend David Cleaverly was so awesome and came to help! I left the boys about eight, went shopping then picked up Rand from Gramma's house, where he had a blast playing with Aunt Gina who was visiting for the holiday and brought Rand his birthday presents! Thanks again Aunt Gina! Friday night we had hamburgers with David's wife, Kelsi and their kids Stetson and Sydney then headed to Lewiston for the fireworks! Rand loved watching the fireworks, he kept yelling boom and clapping and laughing.
Saturday, I had to work so Rand and Daddy went to the Cruise In and looked at all the cool cars! I made the "mistake" of sending the camera and so we ended up with over one hundred pics of cars and only a few of Rand!! They had so much fun!!
Sunday Dustin finished all the work on Sue's house in Hyrum and I worked again! After work we had a blast swimming at Gramma's house!! Monday Dustin really wanted to relax and ended up setting up fencing for a dog run in the backyard and replaced our back door with one with a doggy door!! Life is so crazy but wonderful! I can not wait for Thursday when my tiny (JK) baby turns TWO!!!

We are so Tired!!

This weekend was absolutely insane!! My father and stepmother decided to move from Hyrum to Logan, but here is the kicker, my dad is in Colorado working at a Carnival with my brother so Sue was on her own for this move. For some reason Dustin and I volunteered for the job. I do not know how we did it but we moved all their stuff-the inside of the house anyway, in two days!! We had a ton of people show up to help off and on through out the weekend-so thanks to all who came out to help!! We are so tired that yesterday we did not even change Rand out of his jammies! I had to go to work for a few hours last night and when I came home this is what I found:

You can see in some of the pics just how filthy he was! After playing for a while it was shower time for him and Daddy!!!

Hard Day of Babysitting!

Last Wednesday was the roughest day of babysitting ever!! I have Colton Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for only about two and a half hours, and this is how hard my job is:

Aren't they just the hardest kids to watch!
